ShippingFree shipping available on all orders $100 and above - within Australia only. Urban Beach Clothing delivers Australia wide using Australia Post. At this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please email us at trish.bell@urbanbeachclothing.com.au to enquire about a special order. After ordering online, you will receive an email from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided and email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Typically, orders will be dispatched within 2 business days with delivery expected within 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Urban Beach Clothing does not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. For returned sale items we will happily provide an exchange for another product at the same price as the sale item Urban Beach Clothing will accept claims for exchange or refund* within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at trish.bell@urbanbeach.com.au within this timeframe to start the exchange or refund* process. This policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in a new, unworn condition with original receipt of purchase and tags attached. If products appear to be worn or are not in their original new condition, the return will not be accepted. All postage and insurance costs for the delivery are to be paid by the customer. We recommend that you return the product by registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during postage. Urban Beach Clothing will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Urban Beach Clothing will not accept any parcels that have been damaged in transit.
